If coming from Totnes direction we are about 2/3 miles out on the A381, look out for a stack of hay-bales on the left and a wooden fence, turn into the lane between the fences and drive down the lane and stop by the house, 

If coming from Newton Abbot we are the first house on the right after the Pig and whistle pub, look out for the wooden fencing just at the top of the hill. You will see a sign for Pow wow alpacas on it.
